Which is better for both driver and users 1-toyota highlander 2-toyota sienna minivan ?

im thinking of buying a family car from the above ,each of them has the same engine 3.5 l ,6 cylinder ,5 speed auto transmission but the van has more length and more cargo space and lower clearance above ground but less acceleration ,speed and tire diameter.any idea for maintenance reliability or else make me grateful?
