What to serve with a 2005 Destiny Bay Cab/Merlot blend...?

Received a bottle of this wine from my friend's vineyard as a gift... I'm looking for a recipe that I can use that will complement this wine, which I understand is fabulous. I'd like to do a dinner tonight, and its a chilly rainy day here on the Big Island of Hawaii. Any suggestions?
