Should I be worried about my Alpine Mastiff?

I have a 2 year old female alpine mastiff and she is about 7 weeks pregnant. Both the sire and female are brother and sister (same father, different mother) should I be worried? Will the pups be born with any defects?The male is also 2 years old and before any of you say anything, no I will not have them fixed.
