Anyone have Goodyear Wrangler SR-A tires that sound loud?

I just bought a used jeep with tires that are almost brand new. However, they make a lot of noise when i'm driving fast, over 60 mph. The jeep dealer told me this was because they are all terrain "on/off road" tires and are too big for my jeep liberty. So i'm looking into buying new tires because the sound is annoying, even though I don't think there is anything wrong with the tires (they were balanced and rotated and still make the noise). Any input would be appreciated.
