Ultimate alphacipermetrine made dog and cat act weird... pls help?

I applied on my dog and cat a product called ultimate by pfizer (alphacipermetrine 5.00g) without disolving it in water.... and now cat n dog are acting really weird... their heart rate is very high and are running from one place to the other, cant stay in one place, tongue out as thirsty. i took them to the vet and he gave them a shot but according to the site for ultimate it says theres no antidote. so i dont kow if theyll get better or not. he told me to make them drink plenty of water but the dog doesnt wanna drink any n if i try n help her, she want to bite me. please help me.
