I fell in a public house am i able to claim?

I Fell in a nightclub bathroom saturday night,i slipped on some water! i was sent to de hospital in a taxi wi me head open and was left in a&e waiting for 2hours or more..the bouncer of the nightclub checked the tiolet 20mins later and is tryin to say there was no water at all and i hav 3 withnesses??
