Can an Army Chaplain perform a wedding when it's just me and my fiance at the ceremony?

Me and my dear soldier were thinking about getting married only at the Courthouse, but since I am religious, we are thinking about asking the Army Chaplain to give us the blessing. Anyone knows how can I contact this area of the military and if he is allowed to do it for us since we wont have a real wedding party. It will be just me and my fiance, but we really want it to be religious. I am new in town, he just got back from Iraq and we are a little lost hehe Please help
