Health care: a right to which everyone is equally entitled, or a commodity subject to supply/demand pressures?

It's a right when you're not the one who has to pay for someone else to visit the doctor because they got into a car accident while driving drunk. It's a right until you have to pay a full time nurse to take care of that man because he paralyzed himself.
