A good post workout meal?

im 5"11, 165 lbs 17 yrs old. i still got some unwanted fat and trying to get toned. im trying to lose fat and i want to know what ican eat after i do walk/jog for 45 mins outside (around 70degree weather =/ ). would beef jerky and cereal ( 2% milk + honey nutt cheerio ) be okay for a post workout meal? please suggest some thing i could eat after i run/jog. something i could possibly grab from the grocery store or cook easily. thanks =]
