If you go to a sperm bank you will have to masturbate and into a cup in order to get a sufficient amount of healthy sperm. Contrary to what has been said on this site the sperm is stored in the epididymis, a narrow, tightly-coiled tube connecting the efferent ducts from the rear of each testicle to its vas deferens. During ejaculation the smooth muscle in the walls of the ductus deferens or vas deferens contracts reflexively, thus propelling the sperm forward into the ejaculatory duct and to the prostate and picks up fluid from the seminal vesicle where it enters the prostate. Milking the prostate without ejaculation won't give you much if any sperm, just prostate fluid.
