Where do i go to apostille?

Hi I wnet to college here in the U.S and im planing to go to mexico to work there. but in order to do this i need to apostille my diploma and transcrips. and i need help I want to kow wheren do i go to apostille some dimploma and transcrips? and what do i need and if you know the rates? please i need helpp.
