Iphone tech helpp!!?

okk here`s the deal.... i want a friend of mine to p a ringtone from her phone to my iphone through bluetooth i go to settings and turn it on and it says it is looking for devices and it never stops!! what the heck with that!! ohh and then my friends like puts the ringtone in send through bluetooth and her cellphone reaches my bluetooth, then we click send and it says it can`t reach the iphone.....why?? how can i get cute ringtones from one cellphone to my iphone!!!! help!!
