.wav files for event sound effects on Windows 7?

My brother has windows 7 and whenever he shuts down his computer it makes this really pretty sound of a woman singing. I know what to do to change the sound but I don't know where to get good sounds. Any websites? The clips need to be only a few seconds long and in .wav format. Thanks!
