Which is the best time to ski in Colorado?

I'd go with winter break too. If your looking for something economical try Ski Cooper - not Copper. Most people haven't heard of it but its really nice, great for beginners, not crowded and a lot less expensive then Aspen, Vail,etc. Its not far from Leadville which is a fun town and also has less expensive accommodations.
