How to look good in school? (good enough to empress ur crush)?

So i lurrv dis guy since ages i think he lyk me too, but dat is not da point. I don't look good in school uniform but i look good at home in my own clothes (Spooky) coz most of the people in neighberhood says dat i'm pretty, sp wat do i do to look pretty and good. I can't wear makeup coz my parents wont let me(i know irretating) and i've got lyk 2/few spots on my forehead...plz tell me how to look good lyk a way of hairstyle, how to wear uniform or wat can i add..etc plz help me big crises coz i sooooooooo luv him and even my m8s think dat i look different in uniform plz help me guys... i'm 13 and my dis is my sis's account so plz dont answere saying ur young to be on it, just answer my question or dont write anything... soz coz its too long :) <3
