Retaliation in the workplace? what if its retaliation towards a supervisor?

What can I do as a Supervisor when an employee of mine reports a false complaint against me to the corporate office? She's mad because I pulled back from being a "friend" to all of my staff and started to be more of a "boss". In this transition I found SO MANY ERRORS by this staff and I wrote her up for it. She is now on a "probation period" but 2 days later she "accidentaly" fell, hurt her neck, and now has an LNI claim against the company, then further on claimed I retaliated against HER because I reduced hours due to her being on light duty. I gave her what she wanted and now she is pissed and retaliating making false accusations because she did not know LNI ONLY paid 60%. She wanted not to work and get paid 100%, but now wants more hours but i cannot give them due to "light duty" WTF do I do, this employee is a freakin psycho, ultimatly an employers WORST NIGHTMARE! I have a paper trail a mile long, but any advice helps! What more can I do? Cause what I'd REALLY like to do is skull drag the *****!
