Does sneeking away or at lest trying to during or after some times upset a person? 10 points?

So me n this guy are kind of fwb and have had twice already he was also my first the first time wasnt that great but the second was way better but during the second time we stopped for a lil while i got up and wenrt to the restroom and wen i came back out he was going to the other restroom n told me to hold on when he was doing that i got dressed and tried to sneek out his house but his front door made to much noise the following moring he was kind of a jerk n i wondered why my bff said maybe he wanted me to stay but got made cuz i left i feel lk if my leaving made him feel lk oh shoot maybe i sucked so she felt the need to sneek away guys plz some advice n help ?
