Does the U.S have satellite technology that allows to pin-point ANYBODY on earth ?

its doable. I don't see as huge a problem as humans doing it as I will when computers can. Predictions are that by 2050 a $1000 computer will have the computational power of the entire human race (not just a really smart guy - but all the really smart guys combined).
