How do I get my ex to finish paying off the house? Legal advice PLEASE?

My ex signed a promisorry note stating that he would pay a certain dollar amount for the next two years to pay me for the house we jointly own. He has cut his agreed upon payments in half and he wont change it back. He has full use of the house. What are my legal rights to get the money?

All you can do is offer healthy foods, whether or not they eat them is up to them. When they are hungry, they will eat. Don't make meal time a battle, and don't tolerate bad behavior because it will only continue.
